AlUla Cup

As part of its mission to elevate camel racing on a global scale,
the International Camel Racing Federation (ICRF) is gearing up
for an exciting participation in the SportAccord World Sport & Business Summit,
taking place from April 7 to 11 in Birmingham.
This prestigious event will bring together over 1,500 leaders
and decision-makers from 120 international federations,
including representatives from the International Olympic
Committee, top officials, and Olympic athletes.
The summit promises a dynamic program featuring official sports meetings,
networking sessions, and conferences, in addition to an exhibition space
where sports federations will have the opportunity
to showcase their services and facilities. This global platform serves as a unique
meeting point for international business leaders and sports
federations to connect, engage with prominent figures,
and exchange perspectives over the course of several days.
Commenting on this significant participation, His Highness Prince Fahd bin
Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, President of the ICRF, stated:
"We are honored to take part in this distinguished international gathering.
Our goal is to promote camel racing worldwide, as it represents a fundamental part of our
local culture and national identity. We are committed to expanding
its reach globally and sharing its deep-rooted heritage with the world."
His Highness further emphasized that the ICRF aims to use this platform to
highlight the legacy of camel racing, a sport cherished by Arab
nations for centuries, which has now become an integral part of their societies.
